Disrespectful and incompetent. Took our deposit even though the truck was already booked up. They do not even own the trucks. We asked for our deposit back now they won’t even respond. Upon the arrival this is what the truck that we could not even take looked like. As if someone was living in it.

I just rented this food truck and am leaving reviews all around

It was nightmarishly hilarious
The first thing I realized after driving it to location was the fridge was no longer cold
The water pressure was non existent, the lights flickering
The pilots weren’t sparking
The problem must be the electricity, but the gas works, I thought, and show must go on
The fryer almost took my eyebrows, after a minute I could get the pilot lit but as soon as I turned the temp dial it flashed in my face

So fries are off the menu
Forget the pudding I made that liquefied, because the aforementioned fridges, even packed with ice, got hot

I check the other pilots, no steam table, no water heater
I’ve got a flat top and a warming drawer
So I buy pots and the flat top becomes a stove and I get to service

After we finish service, I’m sitting with my cook outside drinking a beer and talking about everything that went wrong and the inside lights start working!
Did I mention we were working in the dark?

TLDR don’t rent food trucks from on the go la

I called to get some information, and was hang up on.
The impatient, disrespectful, know it all guy who responded was over-talking about the fact you should know your numbers before getting into a food truck business, little does he know that I already had on paper everything he said, and not only I also own and operate a 6 figure Ecommerce business. If a lot of people bring back their food truck due to bad financial organization, set up some different rules or simply ask if they have capital. You don't have to become a blind educator to people who are already educated. And if your frustration is unbearable you should think of operating in a Yoga business not a food truck business.
