Something needs to be done about the shuttles. There is not enough and they don’t spread out as to run more efficiently. You should not have to wait over 20 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive. This has gotten worse over the past 6 months.

They have organized well. Care rental is pretty far from the Terminals. You get shuttles every 20 mins.

Darren in returns is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Initially, when I was renting a car from Alamo I requested a Rav 4. Reshika worked with Darren to find the car- and I know they out in so much effort as stock was dwindling. He got a return ready in a short time and i drove off.

15 min later I realized I was not comfortable in the rav 4. If it would have been a single day rental I would have grin and bear 🐻 it all the way, but this was a week long rental and I didn’t want to be miserable.

Darren immediately recognized the car on my return in 15 min and was SO understanding and kind.

I ended up renting an Audi Q 4 Quattro for a substantial amount more but it was comfortable and a good way to test if Audi might be a next lease for me.

Anyway- on return. Darren greeted me and remembered me. That’s always nice. And he was just so personable and we talked about different model cars for a moment as I explained I’m in the market for a car but haven’t settled.

He’s so knowledgeable about cars, he’s super friendly and kind to engage with. Just genuinely a super nice person. So grateful for the interaction-

He is a stellar employee and an all around wonderful human. 🙏🙌🙌🙌

Somewhat difficult to find my way in, given that Google Maps told me to go to the bus return area to bring my car back. Otherwise good.

Young woman receiving the car couldn't have been nicer. Enterprise portion was excellent.

Guy driving the bus was a little too pushy in trying to grab my bags and wanting me to move away from the rear door, where I was trying to stand. I had breakables in my carryon and did not want him grabbing and jostling them, and the bags were heavy so I wanted to move them as little as possible.
