I had an excellent experience at Onyx Moto! I was in desperate need of coolant for my bike and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to find the right one. The parts department staff went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did they have the exact coolant I was looking for in stock, but their customer service was outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I got the right product. I left feeling confident and satisfied. This shop will definitely be my go-to for all motorcycle parts from now on. I got my first bike with these guys. Was at work on a Friday looked into getting a street fighter v2 and they had it in stock. Justin initially took the call but as a collective these guys really made sure I left with the bike the next day! They even hooked me up on the coolest helmet they had In stock! I was on the search for a Triumph Daytona 675 in diablo red and locally for months there hasn’t been a single one available. I decided to take my search online to see if I could find a nice clean example and this 2016 at Onyx Moto definitely was. Whoever does the photography work for Onyx is outstanding because the pictures were a great deal more high quality than the other dealers I was viewing online and they even post a video going around the bike and starting it up. Seeing as I was out of state I was able to see a great amount of detail compared to the other dealers blurry pictures where you couldn’t tell if the bike you were looking at had a dent or damage.

I contacted Onyx Moto through text and they replied back very quickly. I talked to Josh and told him what I was interested in, that I was not local but interested in getting my hands on the bike and having it shipped. They have experience with shipping out of state and were already familiar with my bank (Navy Fed) so the whole process was incredibly simple aside from UPS losing documentation during the shipping process. Once everything was finalized they shipped the bike to me (the shipper they used was awesome btw!) I did an inspection when it arrived and took the bike out for a ride, then another ride, and another ride.

The bike is in immaculate condition, I have absolutely no complaints and it’s been everything I’ve wanted. Josh made the whole process so streamlined and answered all my questions and when he was out Errol stepped in and took care of me as well. This place knows how to take care of its clients for sure!

I just purchased a bike from onyx moto. I dealt with Justin (sales) and Josh (finance). Both were very friendly and helpful. They respond via email and text very well. All my questions were answered and they provided great customer service.
Once complete, they delivered my bike to my house. The bike was just as described and fully detailed. The inspection was very thorough and all mechanical documentation was provided. I had a great experience and I recommend them highly.

Came in to fix my level 2 charger they changed the battery since it was under warranty im ok with that. But what about my level 2 charger. Came home and not charging. I asked before i left. So my level 2 charger works right. He said yes yes it charges. Lies doesnt charge. In the end just got a new battery which i didnt need my old battery was charging fine. So 1 star review since theres no 0 review. Excelent service but not fixes what i wanted. Also came home with the dctodc disconected i fixed that.
