I recently had an exceptional experience with Orange County Harley Davidson, and I feel compelled to share it. I ordered a specific part that was initially expected to take a month to arrive. However, Steve from the parts team went above and beyond, working his magic to expedite the process, and to my pleasant surprise, the part arrived in just a week. The communication throughout was top-notch, keeping me informed and reassured.

Their commitment to customer service didn't stop there. When I needed to get a saddle bag keyed, I was introduced to Bill in the service department. Bill was not only helpful and friendly but also remarkably efficient, managing to complete the task in just one day.

Just bought my new 2023 Softail Street Bob at OC Harley. Ray in sales and the manager Greg are both awesome! Greg is also a Veteran and a true Patriot! Jacob in parts is great and helped me pick out the best parts for my build. Julie in apparel is great! And the service manager Dave whos also a Veteran, went over and beyond to make my new ride the best it could be and he treats Veterans with a lot of respect, as do all the others at OC Harley. Great experience with the staff and the bikes. I was treated respectfully, listened to, and was offered options based on my wants and needs. I was able to make a decision and purchase the same week I first walked in. Loved getting to know Ray, Kevin, and Paris!

Big shout to Steve Storm and the parts team. Fantastic customer service practitioners. I presented them with a challenge to find me a replacement end cap part my grips (empire collection) with a tight time constraint. Not only did Steve manage to find me an available part he placed a rush ship since I was only visiting the Irvine area for a few days. Unfortunately the order got messed up at the warehouse and did not show up before I returned home. Steve and the parts team took accountability and ownership of the problem offering to ship the part to me in Canada at their expense. Great communicators as well. They kept me in the loop at all stages as well. A very professional response despite that the part was a low cost item. They treated me and the situation no different than a larger purchase and kudos to the team for that. Made me feel special and I am very appreciative. This should be the model across the board which has not been my experience with the dealer network in Canada. Great job guys and will definitely pay u another visit when I’m back in the area.

Drove a long distance to pick up a part this past Saturday after ordering online (Harley site clearly said they had it in stock and the order went through), customer service guy was rude, short, and had crap attitude in telling me the order was cancelled.
