Maybe it’s an ok place for big trucks or trailers, but I’d strongly advise people with regular carloads to take their business elsewhere. Their MO here is to rip you off. I took two boxes of electronics to be recycled, and they charged me $70 for 60 pounds (minimum fee). They told me after it was too late that only TV/computer monitors are free. There’s no info on pricing or procedures on their website, or anywhere inside for that matter, and the staff is less than helpful.

I would never recommend this place to nobody !! Their dump prices are unbelievable, they are taking advantage , landfill fees are not suppose to be this expensive! And I know that because I have been to Santa Cruz County landfill and the Landfill in Hollister. I paid $109 , I would have paid $24 at these other landfill. I would recommend you to go the the city landfill and stay away from this place where I Feel I was taken advantage of , and I was ripped off. They do not clearly disclose prices and they do not have prices posted outside their office. They surprise you with the fee once you already dumped your things.

False advertising do not waste your time coming here. They advertise to close at 4 and when you get there they close at 3. Got people lined up outside to just turn them away. Other employees agreed that they close at 4 and not sure why the teller said different

Clean compared to others.
When you arrive you stop at the stop sign in font of the scale. You walk to the office and they hold on to your license and ask for your car plate numbers. Then drive up on the scale and wait until you see the green light. Then you drive in and to the left and find a pile similar to what you are dumping and dump your stuff. When you leave, get back on the scale and move forward enough for the office to have a view of your plates and wait for the green light again. Then you park next to the office and go pay.

If you live in Gilroy this is the place to go to go to the dump you can also go down the street and get rid of your appliances for free and not have to worry about where to get rid of them they would take refrigerators washers and dryers stoves all kinds of stuff even some types of metal aluminum the other place is in the middle of the street takes garbage like cardboard and concrete tile where's a good place to go it is inexpensive compared to going to the dump

Great place to dump your household & yard trash, I cleared out our garage and they took it all for such a low fee. We've since gone back with our old patio furniture and washer and got paid for it!
