We purchased our 2024 bayliner vr6 on July 20th 2024. On July 26th while loading up for a trip to shaver lake we played some music and noticed our tower speakers were not working . I called pacific marine and they informed me it would have to be there for a couple weeks. I had a local stereo shop check it out and it was determined that the speaker connection was broken inside the speaker and it became disconnected $65 to the stereo shop. They hooked them up temporarily until I had time to take back my 7 day old boat to pacific marine. The next day at Shaver Lake as we started our fist take off we noticed the mph on the boat was not working as we passed the slow buoys I began to speed up to an amazing speed full throttle to about 15 mph. Upon moving around putting more people in front taking people off still the same result. I then called pacific marine at 10:35am while I was still on the water I began talking to an individual about the mph and speed he assured me it would not affect our trip and to bring it the following week. We could not take my kids tubing because of slow speed nor could we even plane the boat couldn’t get past 3500 rpms. On July 29th I was having my boat ceramic coated and the detailer pointed out plastic had not been taken off left side of decal only to find the reason was the decal was on crooked and peeling . On Wednesday July 31st I dropped the boat off and let the individual know about the decal, the speakers, the mph and boat had no power at the time I said the boat was only going 25mph little did I know it was a lot closer to 15mph. Also let him know scratches on tower, touch up paint on the inside of boat, scratches on passenger side in a square like shape. The individuals response was that he use to be a car salesman and that sort of thing happens on newer vehicles. Not exactly what you want to hear after a ruined 1st trip in a 60k boat! Spoiler alert No Sorry was given at that time or through the whole process. I sent him pictures of the damages. August 6th I called to check status and the boat was not touched yet and was informed it would be 2 to 3 weeks. I was told if boat was purchased from them you get priority I don’t know how much more priority with a boat that was bought and back at the shop the same week! I then called August 8th because the individual before said he would give a call back. Only to find out that the boat was still listed as a regular maintenance. Promise promise promise on august 14th I called again only to find out it was not in yet and they will have it the next day. I got a call and was told it was ready on the 15th and I let them know I would pick it up on the 16th and was promised to have it ready and washed. When I showed up I asked to speak with the manager or owner for all the inconvenience all through the process dating from first visit he was not in. I asked to speak to a tech and when they brought him out he told me that there was no issue on the computer but there was a hose disconnected and he assured me that would not have anything to do with boat speed only mph reading. He explained that the elevation would cause power loss and I would need a new prop and told me my motor 250 hp was a small motor for that boat. I am fairly new to boating and if he could have had it installed right then
I probably would have went for it. I am sure glad I did not do it we took the boat back to Shaver Lake with the same amount of people and that boat ran awesome. Got it up to
38mph a whole 23mph faster. EVERYTHING FROM THEM WAS AN EXCUSE NEVER AN
APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! Till this day I am waiting for a call that I had asked to speak to manager or owner and still have not received any word about DECAL, THE SPEAKERS, THE SCRATCHES. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A FIRST TIME BOAT
BUYER. I have all pictures with dates and call logs and text showing this horrible experience. Maybe they don’t think it’s frustrating for someone to buy a new boat and come 2 days shy of making your first payment before you get your boat back.

Customer service at Pacific Marine Center is the BEST! I received excellent service when I purchased my 15 horsepower Mercury motor, installation of the motor, boat guides and the service I received each and every time I purchase miscellaneous items. Their staff always goes out of their way to help me. I would highly recommend Pacific Marine Center for your boat needs.

One of the best buying experiences ever! My wife and I went to Pacific Marine center on a Sunday to check on a boat that we had seen on the website. They were the only dealer in the area that was open on a Sunday and we had the pleasure of meeting Dave and Jason in sales. Dave was very attentive and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and was never pushy. He encouraged us to shop other brands and re-search the Avalon brand that they carry. We absolutely fell in love with the pontoon that they had in inventory, and he allowed us to put down a deposit until we could secure financing.

I am an avid Fisherman , and wanted to customize the boat to my liking. He assisted us with all of the needed customizations, including troll Control and the in dash depth finder. He never tried to over sell anything and made the entire process very pleasant.

We were able to secure financing within a few days. They told us that they would have the boat ready by the end of the week which to be honest we were shocked. When we got there to pick it up, Dave was off, so we dealt with Jason and Jack and they were both fantastic. Jason did a complete walk-through with us, and when we noticed some minor issues, he had them taken care of immediately.

They got us on our way, and even washed and gassed the boat for us which we weren’t expecting. We immediately went to Millerton Lake to take it for its first spin and had an amazing time. Needless to say we are in love with our new pontoon and I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a luxury pontoon or any boat for that matter!

The entire process was seamless and the staff was over the top amazing. There is a reason they are the top Avalon dealer and it’s simply because they are good at what they do, they definitely take care of the customer. We will most certainly be back for our service, and any marine related matters in the future. Thank you for all the help!

Our awesome salesperson Jason listened to what we wanted and found us and great deal on a Avalon Catalina. The fact that he took the time to actually listen and understand what we wanted without being pushy on another model made all the difference for us. He was there for what we needed not for what he wanted to sell just to make a buck. And speaking of making a buck, they gave us a hell of a deal on the boat and plenty of support even after the sale was completed. I highly recommend Jason to any potential buyer! Also recommend asking for Eddie spaghetti to help teach you about the boat. He is very patient and thorough

Everyone at Pacific Marine Center is absolutely awesome to work with. We found a boat here that would have cost us tens of thousands more at a local dealer. It is our dream boat and the team at Pacific Marine is a dream team. Jack is a fair, honest and straightforward businessman who makes a living while NOT ripping people off. I will be a customer as long as he is still around. Our salesman, Jasoni Bologna Cheese and Macaroni, is the best salesman anyone could ever ask for. He will do anything to make sure you are happy and get the best boat for you. I am writing this review to express my frustration with Pacific Marine Center. On January 19, 2024 I dropped off my bass boat nitro Z 18 to have the mega 360 transducer installed. I provided a clear explanation of what was expected to both the technician and the service manager, and they both agreed to the explanation. On January 27, 2024, the boat was picked up by the secondary owner. However, upon further inspection, it was discovered that the transducer mount had been drilled into the fiberglass cap. Additionally, the actual transducer was attached to the live scope transducer mount.

When I contacted the service department and the sales department manager, they acknowledged the mistake and admitted that they had drilled into the boat incorrectly. They agreed to reinstall the transducer properly and promised to paint-match the holes they had drilled on the boat. They kept the boat for an extended period of time, as they were waiting for flake to match paint perfectly.

Finally, on February 23, 2024, the boat was picked up again. Unfortunately, the transducer still wasn't working, and the paint did not match. When we reached out to them again, they responded by saying that they can't make all customers happy.

I wanted to share my honest experience with Pacific Marine, as I believe it's important for others to be aware of the issues I faced. I hope that the business takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their services for future customers.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I purchased a 2020 bass boat from them very recently. My salesman was absolutely awesome! He took many videos, and sent me photos of the boat I was purchasing.

They worked with me on price as well as shipping. Little did I know that when it was getting delivered from California to utah, the boat came through a terrible blizzard WITH NO COVER ON IT!! When I received the boat, it was filthy, my boat and battery storage had standing water in them, it was muddy, my carpet was stained and so much more. I was very upset to say the least. I had the boat re-detailed and had my carpets cleaned which I paid for.

As the boat was getting re detailed they noticed a MASSIVE CRACK ON THE TRAILER. I took a closer look at it and I saw a massive Crack on the frame of the trailer which straps my boat down.

I called to see if they would pay to get it all fixed and back to normal, and all I got was 200 dollars to fix the ruined trailer and have my scratched, dirty, and flooded boat fixed.
Needless to say absolutely terrible experience with them. I will never do business with a company who does not stand by their service shop or own company.
