I have not rented a Tesla before, I was extremely happy with the whole experience with Pacific Ride Tesla Rentals. I found them online, and each step of the process was professional and timely. I contacted them the day before I wanted to rent the vehicle, they never made me feel like that was a bother, but that it was a pleasure to work with me.
The car was very clean and the instructions on how to use and access the vehicle were given prior to picking up the vehicle. There was a lot of helpful information on the car. We ended up getting a Model X. We needed to use the Tesla Supercharging network, this was included. The car told us where we should stop for electricity and for how long. All very cool.
I am looking forward to our next trip so we can try out all of the other Tesla vehicles.

Pacific Ride made it a breeze for my insurance claim rental. They arranged everything with Tesla Insurance so my rental would be ready for pickup right after dropping my Tesla off at the body shop. They allowed app access so I was able to track, precondition and pair my phone as a key so I wouldn’t have to rely on the keycard. As a Tesla owner, having app access over a key card is so convenient and I haven’t heard of any other rental places giving app access like Pacific Ride. Pacific Ride also was able to easily accommodate the delays from the body shop. On top of all of this, customer service was excellent and the Tesla was clean. I highly recommend Pacific Ride for any of your Tesla rental needs, for travel or if your Tesla is going to get repaired - Pacific Ride will take care of you!

Highly recommend!! I'm already a Tesla owner and Pacific Ride made it feel like I'd imported one of my own cars to drive on this vacation trip. They provide Tesla app access (this is a huge benefit you can't get from Hertz!!), premium connectivity for hooking up to your spotify account and getting full traffic/GPS capabilities, etc. Customer service is easy and very responsive. This was my second rental with them and I will definitely be back.

Excellent customer service. Clear text messages to sign the contract and checkout. At first I thought it was a scam. How came a company rent brand new Tesla? I rented the 2021 Model 3 double motor for 3 days. I loved it.
I would have appreciated a checkin with a real person, not through text messages. Tesla is not a "normal" car. It took me one hour to figure out as I never received instructions from them on where the key was hidden, how to start the car, etc..
