Mike and Pacific River Supply are the best!! Mike stands behind everything he sells. He has vast knowledge of the rivers all over the West. Mike is great at customer service. Example? I bought a used dry suit from him and someone stole the package off my porch. He replaced it for free no questions, no BS just high quality service. If he doesn't have it in stock, he can’t find it or can’t make it..... Well I have never had that problem because Mike ALWAYS makes it happen.. It is a pleasure doing business with Pacific Ricer Supply.

I've been very impressed with Pacific River Supply. I bought a kite pump from them about a year ago and it has been awesome so far. I haven't had a single issue, and my pump is the one that everyone else borrows. The handle broke in a car accident when the car rolled. I was able to get it sent in and warrantied without an issue. The staff was friendly and helpful and the turnaround was very fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Especially after having gone through a cheap pump or two every kiting season, this pump has been so nice and well worth the price.
