I had a terrible experience with this store. I called to ask for information about a product I wanted to buy, and the person who answered the phone was very rude and impolite! He kept correcting me the whole time. A person of that level should not work with the public, an unhappy person who doesn't know how to serve others! I will complain about this store several times, I don't recommend it to anyone! They lost a customer.

Padco is an excellent, well priced, honest auto parts store. After searching for brick and mortar store prices near me for Nippon Denso ignition coils, they were really well priced priced, twenty-two percent cheaper or more better anywhere else in the San Fernando Valley and even Los Angeles. Within an hour they had five of them ready as promised. This is my new go to auto parts; I highly recommend them. Great store and nice crew there.
