I was looking for a new place to repair my BMW F800 GS. I called Pasta Performance to ask about their services. The owner answers my call and I didn't remember the exact name of the business, he says PPM, I did not recognize that so I asked innocently if this was Spaghetti Performance. He hung up on me. I thought I had the wrong number so I call back. I said that someone hung up on me and he said that he didn't appreciate the humor. So, an owner that gives his shop a humor adjacent name takes offense when I forget the name of his business on a call that I am making to bring him more money. I prefer to work with happy people who are happy at their job so they are happy when they do work for me for which I pay them. I hope that his days get better.

Rude customer service, to even call and ask about being placed onto their booking list you are told, “We do not book unless you are serious of the placement.” What a time waste already.

Clay, the owner, really knows his stuff. He specializes on European bikes but if you talk with him he can usually do something for you. Anytime I need service I trust him over anyone else as he says it straight and does not beat around the bush.

If you need something, give him a call or email. He is the best at what he does.

Got my 2014 triumph bonneville serviced here and new tires. Service was pretty quick and my bike was ready sooner than I expected. Clay was super professional, very knowledgeable, and altogether a cool dude! He definitely went above and beyond with my service and even shared some great tips on how I can keep up my own maintenance to prolong the lifespan of my bike. I will definitely be bringing my bike back here for any service needs.

Had Clay do a service on my 2015 monster 821 after calling ahead for an appt. This place is appointment only. Service was front tire change and oil change. Went to Clay due to other high reviews of this place and his work. His prices were very fair for Ducati work and once he saw the bike in person, he took the time to explain all the services he was planning to do on the bike and why they were important. He also recommended I do a brake fluid flush (front and rear) since he inspected that the brake fluid reservoir had older looking fluid in it. Price was fair so I decided to move forward with that as well. My appointment was on Sunday and Clay had the bike ready next day. Overall great service and I can tell Clay def. knows his stuff. Will be back!
