I bought a new set of Michelin tires for my Ford Ranger a few years back. They were nitrogen filled and I just went back to have them drained and filled back up at no charge. They fit me in immediately and it took about 30-45 minutes, staff was extremely nice and helpful. Easy transaction. Formerly Fairhope Tire, my original experience with the new tire purchase was equally good. My son has dealt with another Pelc location in Saraland for service on his truck and he highly recommends them and I do too. Great organization!

I appreciate the team here. Their building has doubled in size and they are still constantly full. That tells you something about how well they treat people. Always courteous and fair in their dealing. They have treated my wife and daughters well. This is the only place we buy tires and we do a fair amount of service here as well.

Absolutely amazing! My tire started leaking air so I had to take it in and they took me in right away, thinking I would have to wait a couple hours but they pushed me up and I was in and out in 30 minutes! Incredible service, super kind people and since I was a first time customer they didn’t even charge me to repair the nail in my tire! Definitely recommend and will be going back if I ever have any tire problems again!

Great service with friendly, knowledgeable staff; they answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer as opposed to just a number. One drawback is that services are first come, first serve (they don’t take appointments) so it’s a good idea to have someone take you so that you can drop your car off and pick it up later. It’s also a good idea to get there early if you can as they tend to be very busy (which shows you how good they are!). Overall, highly recommend.

I brought my car in late afternoon on the Friday before Labor Day as I started having problems with one of my tires while traveling that day. Due to a mandatory trip early Tuesday morning, I needed my new tires by Saturday before the holiday. I was so impressed with their willingness and genuine concern to get my tires on time. They saved the day and kept me from having to rent a car. I highly recommend Pelc Tire.
