I cannot recommend Pelican Pete enough!!! Their whole team is so professional and kind, and they were a huge help in choosing what to rent for our wedding. Felicia was amazing!!

They even called me to confirm the whole order a few days before, and their delivery guys tackled our large order in such a breeze (especially considering where we had our wedding wasn’t a typical wedding venue) Thank you for making our wedding amazing!!!

We used Pelican Event rentals for our daughter’s wedding that included an arbor, chairs for outdoor ceremony and chairs for an indoor reception. I highly recommend them for their quality of rentals, professionalism and overall pleasant demeanor. Every time I called they were so accommodating and nice. They even helped us attach our own flowers to the arbor we rented. Wonderful service and genuinely nice people!

It was so nice to have everything waiting for us at our rental and then the ease of them picking everything back up for us took a ton of stress off of me for my daughter’s wedding. Everything was in great shape. The owners were so easy to work with, easy to get in contact with, and they also made sure that there wasn’t anything that we were overlooking while choosing the things we needed for the wedding. If you are looking for an event rental, look no further! I wish that we had wedding pictures back to show how great it all looked!

I had a consultation with this company and truly cannot say enough positive things about this team. They were super involved and provided a lot of helpful information even before I agreed to utilize them for planning. It truly is clear that they just want the best for every person they work with and making sure their special day is as stress free and perfect as possible. Although I didn’t end up using their planning services because I decided to get married closer to my home town, if I was planning a wedding in Gulf Shores area, there’s no doubt I would have used them!

What an amazing experience I had using Pelican Pete Party Rentals to assist with our son's Rehearsal Dinner. From the moment I called them, within hours I had a quote to decorate for the event. THEN, 1 week out we had a venue change due to the A/C going out at our original venue. Felicia, Sissy and Carrie immediately helped me to resolve additional changes and helping to decorate Magnolia Hall. These people are loving and caring folks, it is evident. I can't thank them enough for helping us to take so much stress off of the planning process. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you to all who had a hand in helping us enjoy the moment and now the memories!!

We rented items for a small 50th anniversary party at our rental beach house. Felicia and team made it easy to order online, confirm with a phone call, make payments online. In addition, the delivery and pickup were so easy and smooth. The delivery gentleman were professional and so kind. We would highly recommend Pelican Event Rentals to all!

My wedding was May 17, 2024.. I had rented a wooden cross and a microphone. I was told that my items would be dropped off from 1-2pm and picked up from 6-7pm. It was Cloudy that day, but was not raining.

At 2:15 they had not arrived so I called to verify. No one answered 2x. On the 3rd call someone answered and let me They had not left their office yet because they were watching the weather. They did not feel the need to let me know this. Their office was 45 minutes away from my ceremony That started at 4:00pm. I was supposed to do bridal party pictures Ceremony that we were not able to because the cross did not Until 3:15. The lady on the phone was very rude and did not apologize for not letting me know that they would be late.

I then hoped that they wouldn’t pick up the cross until 7 so that we could take pictures after the ceremony. However, they pitched the cross up promptly at 6:00pm.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of service.
