I have been shopping Pelican Parts for my Porsches and Mercedes for over twenty years. They only sell top quality OEM or better parts. In addition, their prices are not only competitive but lower than what you will find elsewhere on the web and on eBay.

Recently I placed an order late Sunday night, only to have the parts arrive, ready to be installed the next Tuesday. Most importantly their support team is top notch. When I needed parts for my 1975 911 their specialists ensured that I not only got the correct parts but provided me expert assistance in installation.

Wayne Dempsey’s “How To” tutorials found on the Pelican website make the weekend wrench feel like a factory expert. The dealer quoted me over $800 dollars to change the rear pneumatic struts in my Cayenne. With Pelican’s help I was able to do it myself for less than $200.

I have been purchasing parts for my BMW E46 M3 from Pelican since early 2020. Over that time, the customer support I have experienced has been second to none and worthy of high praise. Staff members are consistently polite, professional and have a keen commitment to customer satisfaction. Occasionally things can go wrong and that's life for sure. For me, the real test of a company's commitment to customer service is the way in which it deals with customer problems. Pelican Parts does it magnificently. A couple of weeks I received a shipment containing a part I selected, which had been incorrectly catalogued. The error was promptly acknowledged within Pelican Parts, a corrected part number given and a refund issued with no fuss - a relief for me! So having said all of that, I'd like to offer glowing praise to Sarah and the Customer Support team and thank them for prompt and professional attention to the problem, which was resolved superbly in less than one day! Great customer service really does develop "rusted on" customer loyalty. I am a living example! Great job - very much appreciated.

I had to write a review for pelican parts, their customer service, technical information and their fast shipping made it so easy for to restore my fathers 1966 912 Porsche. My father bought the car brand new, ordered it from Germany, took me home in it when I was born in 1966, I learned to drive in this car and if it could speak, it would be to tell you all the experiences of a lifetime. My father is 92 years old now and has watched me restore his car. As I went through the car and started restoring it, I ordered my parts from pelican and of course we’re here in a matter of days to keep the ball rolling come on. Dad was so thrilled to watch it actually move at a steady pace. All the parts I needed Pelican parts had. I will always be a client for life and thank you to the staff for all their help in this restoration.
