We love living here. The whole park has a very peaceful feeling. The management, Randy and Gary, are amazing. They’re kind and care about all the residents, even when some of the residents are rude to them. Well, you can’t fix all the residents’ attitudes, but it’s still a very nice place.

Lived here for over a year now and I was really surprised by a couple reviews left about the park management. I’ve personally witnessed the park manager going far above and beyond his job description to help out multiple residents within the park, including running a chainsaw to remove a tree that fell in the roadway. Mind you, the manager is older and he’s doing this because of how long it would take (as well as the cost) of getting a company out to do it.
A man that manages with the residents in mind like they’re his own family rather than just getting a paycheck and doing the bare minimum like you usually see, helping anyone and everyone in anyway that he can. Fighting for an 80 year old woman who’s propane stopped working in the dead of winter and the propane company told her she would have to wait two weeks.
This is a person that I know will come up with a solution to any problem I have within the park and will fight for me as a resident to have a problem corrected. When I first bought my house, it had multiple issues at sale that a new home shouldn’t have, and he fought tooth and nail for me to have the park owners correct those issues.

Randy is way too good for this park and I hope Harmony sees that. Gary is also an incredible asset to the park and the way Randy and Gary work together is impressive and complimentary.

Use to be nice, but new owner/management are horrible. Raising and charging fees/rates for everything. No maintenance, brush is horrible and they now want residents to pay to get rid of it. Outrageous fees for water to get back what they have lost over the years. Do not buy here. Homeless walk around, mail and packages are stolen, drugs etc

The mobile home park is awesome. In the trees, big lots, and the staff is wonderful. They have some strange ones there but they are weeding the bad ones out. It's a beautiful place to buy a home or move one in.

Beautiful place very quite but bad mangers very mean very aggressive and very yelling at the people that live here instead of kindly talking to them tbh it not worth living here until there new management and now being harass by the manager for random stuff that everyone has I recommend firing randy and hiring Gary honestly Gary is responsible and kind and good with kids he dose not yell or harass but instead take the time to understand and talk

The manager is a wonderful person. the lots are spread out where it does not feel like a mobile home park feels like a calm country setting
