I bring all of my business vehicles here and always leave satisfied and with a big smile on my face. Giovanni and Rommel really take their job serious and amazing at what they do! The staff is always incredibly friendly and have always been honest and straight forward with me about what does or does not need to be done and they tell me the price before I agree to anything. They show you every step of the process and make sure you are well informed while also working quickly so you are in and out in a matter of minutes. Perfect Lube does a perfect job every time! I’ve been bringing my car here for oil/filter change and they always check air filter, fluids, and tire pressure too. Then brought my car here again recently since I noticed a leak inside the car on the passenger side carpet. They took me in right away, checked where the leak was coming from, identified the source and fixed it right on the spot in a few minutes. They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and very reasonably priced. So impressed with David and his team. Thank you.

They recommended a rear differential oil change for $140 on a new car with 17k miles
on it so I did it because I trusted their recommendation. It turns out rear differential isn’t recommended by my car’s dealership until 30-60k miles, so it was not necessary and a huge cost. I didn’t realize it was also extra for “premium” air filters that I should have gotten and replaced myself. They also said the motor oil needed cleaning oil ran through it before the new oil - another unnecessary thing and cost that I was ignorant about. Walked out paying over $400 because they took advantage of my ignorance, a customer of 30+ years. Extemeley disappointed to feel so ripped off after my family has gone there for 3 generations - I remember going there as a kid with my grandparents and parents. Won’t be coming back.
