Great shop! Took care of the tires on my Triumph Scrambler and did the oil change for me. They were fair priced and got everything done quick. Definitely my go to shop when I don't want to do my maintenance, or I have something beyond my abilities

I just picked up my bike from getting a minor service and new fork seals. Even though it’s been a few years since the last service, Susan took care of me as if it were yesterday. I love the communication of what’s being done, when it will be ready and cost. She even okay’d staying a bit later on a holiday weekend so I could pick up my bike. As long as her shop is around, there is no other shop for me. I think they may have even cleaned up my bike! Above and beyond! Thanks for remembering what good customer service is!

The reason why this is 5 stars is because I been riding for 17 years and he always takes care of me, I had an accident and he helped me on a Sunday with a tow and a ride home up in grisly peaks. Rich is a busy man and he loves motorcycles, his crew can sometimes not be as experienced as he is, but he will always take care of you. This is the go to independent motorcycle shop in the Bay Area. He worked on all my bikes and even helps me get ready for track days. Truly a motorcycle expert. Also he won’t hesitate to recommend a specialty shop for recalls tuning and suspension tunning. That’s why this shop has been around for decades!.

Dropped of my wheel to get a tire change and couldn't have been more satisfied with their service. Staff was super friendly and explained all their tasks and they worked super fast, even on a busy Saturday. My wheel was done in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend!

This place over prices and they're taking advantage of motorcycle riders because there are not that many motorcycle stores if you can do it yourself you'll save a whole lot more money than giving these people your money

A few years ago, I had a great experience at a motorcycle shop when a kind lady helped me with a stuck backseat screw using two tools, and she didn't charge me for it. I was so impressed that I wanted to return for more services.

Today, on November 17, 2023, I went back to the same shop for an oil change and a general check on my motorcycle. They quickly took my bike in and told me to go home without providing an estimate of how long the service would take.

About 20 minutes later, I received a list of recommended repairs, including tire changes, fluid change, battery replacement, and chain change, but without any prices. They wanted me to approve this list without even letting me see my bike.

I wasn't comfortable approving these repairs without understanding what exactly was wrong or how much it would cost. So, I went back to the shop to ask for more details and pricing. They updated the quote, charging $520(labor fee, plus other fees) for the fluid change, but still didn't provide pricing for the other items.

What concerned me was their claim that my tires, supposedly from 2012(font) and 2014(rear), needed replacing, even though my motorcycle was built in 2015. Additionally, they said my recently changed battery was bad. This made me wonder if it would be more cost-effective to just buy a new motorcycle.

They charged me $65 for the inspection, which took less than 20 minutes. Despite this experience, I still remember the lady who helped me years ago. She's the reason I'm giving this place 3 stars. The contrast between my initial experience and this one, especially given the shop's positive reviews, was quite surprising.
