Boat was very clean and in great working order, roomy and comfortable with plenty of storage space. Staff is quick getting boat into water and out of water. I do wish we could have started the rental earlier than 9:30 am. It was August and got really hot by Noon. We had to pack it in early.

The people were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the boat was not in good working order. The battery was dead when we were to get it and it had to be charged before I could leave. Then I noticed the steering was pulling to the right. I didn’t have time to get it fixed so we just dealt with it. Overall we enjoyed the boat and will do it again sometime in the future.

well it was pretty much ok except that the registration had expired on the boat in Oct "23". WE had the state police pull up to us and only reason we got out of a ticket is because your mechanic Lee was there pretty much saying you cant ticket these folks its not even they're boat. One of the state troopers was a complete A hole and gave Lee a ticket just for Being a smart a_ _ telling the trooper come on man cant you give us a break I took a part out of my boat to get yours running just a couple weeks ago. Then the trooper said well good for you smart A I write you a ticket for not having your paper regi with you. I also believe your steps should have some sort of friction tape on there so they are not so slippery I am 67 trying to get up my foot slipped all the way accross the step and took a big chunk out of it. Thank you

I have been a customer at Pier 43 for about a year. Last year I bought a Bennington Pontoon here. Krystal and Darlene were very helpful and answered questions throughout the process. I am a first time boat owner so I had a lot.
The Service Department is also great. JD and Morgan helped me get an older bass boat ready for the water. They were easy to work with and always friendly. It’s nice to know we have a place like this in Tuscaloosa where we can get good quality and friendly service.

Great experience at Pier 43!! We recently purchased a new Bennington Tritoon boat that was loaded at an outstanding price. Darlene was very professional and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a more seamless transaction. Before our paperwork was complete the staff had moved the boat from the showroom floor and rigged to put in the water! Storing our boat there is very convenient and enjoyable and makes boating on the lake very easy. Very friendly & accommodating staff. I highly recommend Pier 43 on Lake Tuscaloosa!

We rented a 10 person pontoon from Pier 43 and spent all day enjoying Lake Tuscaloosa. The staff was helpful. We’d do it again, but next time we’ll pack a lunch and have a picnic on Treasure Island!
