this is some kind of nightmare. I ordered a package from Aliexpress for $50, it didn’t arrive for a long time and I called them, fortunately on the first try I got through and found out that they had lost my package. Now I can’t get my money back, because I need a certificate of loss of the parcel, which, of course, no one sent me. scammers who will steal your package at any opportunity.

If I could leave a 0 star I would! I ordered an item from AliExpress and PiggyShip was supposed to do the delivery. They left the package in front of the door, without getting my signature. By the time I got to the package, it was gone. I guess someone took it. I contacted the store on AliExpress to tell them that I didn’t get the package. They told me that PiggyShip was supposed to get me signature to confirm delivery, and not just leave it in front of the door. They recommended that I ask them for a certificate of lost package so that I could get reimbursed. I contacted them, after several calls and emails, they finally replied that the item had been delivered. When I called and finally spoke to someone, the lady screamed at me that it wasn’t their fault, and that they weren’t supposed to get my signature for the delivery. She then hang up on me. Totally rude! I will no longer order from AliExpress just so that I don’t have to deal with them.

This Carrier misplaced my items twice, and they were stolen. I contacted them the first time and requested that they pay attention to my second box, but the same thing happened again, and my pricy order was lost.

Why shouldn't a carrier company have a complaint filing option on its website? They left my parcels in an insecure location and just snapped photographs even though our apartment contains a mail-room and a parcel locker room.

Found out this company is the same as PiggyShip, it seems both are equally as bad. PiggyShip has no info other than their own website, and the few people that have gotten something shipped thru them have said that they either never got it (marked undeliverable then returned to sender) or that it got marked as undelivered then suddenly reappeared. I think i’m one of the lucky ones cause I got my package 2 days after it was marked undeliverable so there’s 3 stars for that. However there was no attempt to even contact me unlike every other shipping company that’s had an issue delivering. They could have just asked me to open the gate and the place is easy to find. What’s even worse is how no one will respond thru phone or email. It seems they straight up hung up or declined the call cause the first 2 times it told me voicemail full, then after that it just straight up declined. I sent an email with my info, tracking number, and clear directions on what to do if they couldn’t get it, but they never responded. I did end up getting the package but this company seems very sketchy and there’s no info on it even tho temu and ali express use it, but i guess it’s cause it’s local to CA only. 3 stars only for the relative quickness but 1 star for service.

Honestly who the hell works at or even owns this place? My package was unable to be delivered and no one answers the phone. Why provide a contact number if you don’t have anyone working? I’ve been calling and emailing since Monday without a response and today the carrier finally dropped my package off TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Terrible attention to detail, although your primary duty at your job is to deliver to the correct address! Respectfully, you guys are very dense and I hope you go out of business. I wouldn’t recommend this carrier to anyone.

Scam delivery service- They marked my package as the address not correct but in their records showed a picture of the building it was meant to deliver to, along with a picture of the very correct shipping label.

100% they are stealing packages.

SCAM COMPANY. will say your package is out for delivery several different days but never show up. only ever received one package when piggyship is used. they are stealing packages. “attempted: other reason” = they didn’t even try. Gives out delivery drivers real numbers. hope piggyship goes out of business and piggycars as well.

my package (aliexpress) says it was delivered unsuccessfully due to the recipient not being available (I was available, I was not even notified). I'm not sure what this means exactly, and from my research, I hope they're going to try and re-ship on the next business day which is today. But I've emailed twice and received no answer, nor has the phone number answered. I'm so confused on what to do and I really need this package to come in time for halloween
