Ive lived here for over 2 years now and every year its a new thing, first they do nothing about the gate always being open and saying they’re going to fix it but never do. Second they came out with a new “rule” saying that residents can’t home anymore than 2 dogs and threaten to evict those who don’t comply This is outrageous honestly we need to stand as a community because this is not fair California does not work like that and I really wanna voice my opinion.

The management keeps sending letters to everyone in the community, telling them how to keep their places clean, even when they are already clean. They constantly make new rules that inconvenience everyone, and if you don’t comply, they threaten eviction. They’ve also put up notices stating that residents can’t have more than a certain number of dogs, and even if pets are allowed, they must be kept indoors. The owners seem to care only about themselves and show no concern for the people they’re affecting.

Place looks clean, I came to visit a friend and was invited to a sweet 16 party. The Hall is nice and the kitchen is very nice but the hall is kind of small it's for about 150 people capacity but what more can you ask for, for a small gathering amongst friends and family. Trailer park is clean but there is almost no room for parking unless you have a double wide parking space.
