❤️❤️❤️ I LOVE PK Tires 🙌🏼 I’ve been coming here for roughly 9 years and they have the best prices and service. They are fast past and try to get you in and out. Their not low staffed and have plenty of bays to pull into. Most the time they have what I’m looking for or they will send me to their two other locations. Most of the employees have been there for years and you get to build a customer relationship with them. If money is tight, they will do their best to work with you. I want to say there is no job they can’t do but no body is perfect. I recently moved to Sacramento and no tire shop would help me 😩 I took the risk of driving down to Stockton with wires showing on my truck and you guys got me back on the road. I tip when I can and I feel it’s still not enough. I see some of the guys out in public with their families and it’s always friendly hellos. I appreciate you guys a lot 🙏🏼 thank you PK Tires. Highly recommend ☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼I’ll be back 😏

I needed to have two tires swapped from one set of wheels to another and the other set put on the wheels I took the other tires from. The guy doing the wheels came out of the back and got his partners attention and wanted him to come and see something in the back. When he came out two minutes later I asked if everything was alright? He waved me off saying everything was fine. He went off to find his boss and I stepped in back to where they break down the tires and noticed he had ripped the sidewall of one of the new tires I was having put on the other set of wheels. When his boss came in and looked at it he went off and tried to find a replacement tire. When I told him I wanted the tire replaced with one exactly the same he said they don't carry that brand Pirelli and tried to get me to take a used tire that wasn't even the same size. After I refused to take anything but an exact replacement, he went off to find the manager. The whole time he kept saying it wasn't their fault. I disagreed with him. His boss finally came in the back to look at what was happening. He tried to get me to take a used tire that wasn't the same size just like the other guy. When I refused he said fine, I'll give you a new set of new tires to replace mine. I thanked him for doing the right thing and thought everything was good from there. While I was in paying for the work the other guy was putting the tires in my truck. I left and when I got home and pulled the tires from my truck I found out that the original guy that damaged my tire did the same thing to one of the other tires and never told me. Plus his boss must have known about it and didn't say anything. What kind of people are they to do that? Is that the way you keep customers coming back? Now I've got to go back in tomorrow and fight with them to replace the tire that the guy damaged and didn't tell me about.

Today was a challenging day because I’ve been trying to get the right front tires that match my back tires to give it that look of a real muscle car I have a 1967 Firebird and when I came to Pk 🛞 tires they made everything look great. Especially when you’re dealing with an old school.

Been coming here for a minute now, fix my flats and they do my tire rotations. Bought a set of Good Years a while back and no problems when a nail stuck in the tire. Bought a set of 22's with tires a couple of weeks back and they made sure I wasn't gonna rub or scrape the strut, very satisfied.....👍🏾

Buyer beware!
My father has been going to this place for his tires for a few years now. I decided to go in and get a new set of tires. The owner of the tire shop gave me a good deal for a better set of tires than the ones I was looking at online. When I left they gave me my receipt and told me the tires had two year warranty. I have put around 8k miles since I got the new set a year and some change ago. I was going to wash my car and I noticed one of the tires had multiple cracks on the side of the tire and in between the thread of the tire.
I went in thinking I had the two year warranty. Mind you I'm not asking to replace all the tires but perhaps get another one. JOSÉ the guy I talked too was extremely rude and told me there was nothing they could do because I hadn't gone in to get a rotation. I absolutely understand that I needed a rotation but that doesn't take away from the fact that I still have warranty on them. It also doesn't mean that a tire that I've had for a year has huge cracks on the outside and inside of the thread. José tried to sell me two new front tires for $300+!! What?! I got all 4 for $500. My dad got tires for his Toyota two months after I got mine and they're completely fine. The amount of cracking on my tire shouldn't be happening after only a year rotated or not c'mon!
I got my car in 2014 and had the same set until late 2018. I rotated the tires once and they didn't have a crack on any of them. I tried to explain this to them but they just brushed it off and said it was my fault. I feel like they took advantage based on the fact that I didn't have the tires for that long and that one was an absolute mess in less than a year. I felt like this situation could have been handled differently especially since they say they pride themselves on good service.

UPDATE:
I went in again to see what Ahmad would tell me. He explained that the cracking happened because the tire was weathered. He suggested that I should get two new tires instead of one so that the tread would be even on both sides. He quoted me a far lesser price than his other employee which was good but I still declined the offer. He then told me to go in the next morning to see if he had a tire like the one that was damaged. I went in the next morning and sure enough he had a tire with the same amount of tread as the other three. They installed the new tire for free and he even gave me a $25 pk gift card because he was unable to find the exact brand as the others. He didn’t have to do that but he did and that’s greatly appreciated.
