I lived here for a total of 3 months. This was my very first rental and home on my own. It's very quiet, very clean, very loving and very safe. I love Mrs. Kim along with every person that lives at pointe south. everyone is so friendly and caring.

I was in need a place to live . Kim @ Point South was so helpful and professional to my needs. It was easy and fast. She and the team treated me with the up most respect. I would not hesitate for a moment to apply with them again. I only moved due to family affairs and health issues. While going through difficulties Kim was so understanding.

A quit place so far. At least 5 or 6 Dothan police ? officer's also reside their. I feel much better about my my relative that's only been living there less then a Year. Well maintained on the grand's as well .

Ok so I've been a tenant here at point south for almost a year and sense day one Mrs Kim has welcomed us with open arms made point south feel like home and honored to be apart of such a person piont south is clean quite never would I dream to live else where # point south

U received 29 restricted cattllts in one day a few had and own30 to 45 seconds of voicemail enough to hear e couldn't believe someone !!would record themself doing this or if someone else recorded him and sent it to my phone point south and owners were notified didn't seem concerned these calls and voicemails have been noted next time this happens I will just call police

I have had the most greatest experience with the landlord at pointe south. She is kind caring and understanding. This is a great place to live and the landlord is extremely nice and an awesome person.

I have been living here for a month now and it’s been absolutely great! The neighborhood is beautiful and clean and the neighbors have been warm and welcoming! It’s peaceful and quiet!! I look forward to my future with this company

I’ve been living here for a couple months now and I haven’t had any issues with management or neighbors!! Everyone is so friendly that I’ve met and the place is pretty quiet!! Also if I ever have an issue with my place they fix it immediately and I never have a problem again they actually fix things!!! Very nice people and I’d recommend to anyone!
