Do not pass the stop sign! As a driver, dealing with people like Roger "the dock supervisor" makes me hate having to interact with people in this industry. All the other staff, 2 loaders, 1 maintenance, and the office lady were nice as can be, but to have a member of your management team be as unprofessional and rude as Roger, is an embarrassment to any company. As you pull into this facility, there is a stop sign half way down the driveway. Farther past that sign there is another sign 30 yards ahead that says stop, check in with office and a drivers entrance sign. On the left, there is also a sign stating not to block a ramp off the driveway. There is plenty of room to pull forward past the ramp and directly in front of the office. So me being a courteous and professional driver, I pull forward to not block the ramp or the driveway preventing other drivers from coming in. Went in to check into the office and give them my pick up info. Roger came in from the driver entrance door and ask me to "step over to where he was". After hesitating and not walking over he proceeds to ask me "if I saw the stop sign" I told him I had and pulled forward to do what I thought the other signs were asking. He was quick to ask me if I didn't understand the meaning of stop. I advised him I had never been to the facility and had done what I thought was best to be out of the way and to do what all the signs indicated not just that one. I apologized several times and told him I could back up to the sign or pull forward to wherever he needed me to. He said it wasn't necessary. I advised him the reason I hesitated was because the way he came at me, his attitude and the unprofessionalism. I told him it made me feel like he thought I was unintelligent or stupid. He went ahead and said "I will call you stupid then, if you dont know what stop means". At that point he threatened to not load me and said he could ask me to leave. I told him I could call the broker to cancel the load if thats what he thought was best. He then didn't have anything else to say so at that point I told him to have a great day and bumped the dock I was instructed to go to. It was unprofessional, completely unnecessary and a really bad way to express customer service or concern. There are 1001 different ways he could've handled it instead of fighting and arguing over a stop sign. Wont be back to polaris in tanner al.

They sell nothing but junk it doesn’t last and break way to easily. Save yourself some headache and don’t buy Polaris they don’t back their product or parts

Showed up without an appointment. They put me right into a dock and I was loaded up within a half hour. Guy was really nice and they let me park on their lot overnight. They have a soda machine, snack machine, and a restroom available inside all night too. Just pull up to the sign that says to stop and go inside, and boom you’re done.

for a Delivery here, I checked in 9am my apptt time. waiting for a door more than 3.5 hrs. got delays on my backhaul. polite ladies but there unloaders LOOKS BUSY DOING NOTHING. Very Frustrating

I was there for pick up at this adress 5586 Endeavor Way which called TANNER EAST,that’s same company just other buildings.Staff is very rude to drivers,Unprofessional and No Respect.I believe so the crew of warehouse thinking they are the only people who works in this world.I just would recommend to those people,if you dont like your job you are absolutely free to go and stop making harder and giving headache loading and unloading process for PRO Drivers because we work hard and not sitting all day get paid by time just like you guys.
