The U-Haul are typically clean, but honestly, I end up having to clean them before using them due to not being wiped down very well all around though they are clean for the most part. I always leave them cleaner than when I rented them. I just wish they had some sort of system for people who rent them frequently. I do a lot of stuff for work where I am required to rent one on my own dime, and spending a few hundred dollars every month or every month you would think that they would have some kind of reward system for people who rent them frequently just kind of a bummer. They don’t when you spend hundreds of dollars a lot.

What a great Crew!!!! Ally, the office assistant was such an efficient and helpful gal! Bill, the owner, couldn’t have given better service if he tried. So exceeding my and I’m quite sore all the other customers’ expectations! Steve, what a nice guy! went all out to hook my trailer up, and Leroy, a really fun and entertaining ( very hairy) young guy stole everyone’s hearts!
I learned they are or will be soon doing light maintenance and even tire service too!

We definitely will go back! They get an A+++++++ from us! It’s not that the other uhaul rental place we usually use is bad, they aren’t—- but this Oasis Uhaul Rental store was exceptionally great!!

The lady that provided us a rental to move my grandmother didn't give my father any paperwork for his truck showing the rental, added insurance, or anything. The truck was not cleaned out and had glass in it from someone's last move that injured a family member and the front right passenger tire was half bald down the middle! No walk through or check was done of the truck just the keys were handed over and no paperwork given so we can't review her store on Uhauls website without the reservation number. Driving in town let alone if you're to take a highway on a bald tire is so dangerous. Never renting outside of the main Uhaul store again.
