I purchased a 1998 Honda Shadow ACE and took it to Chris and his team to be completely gone through. Chris was very professional and explained every detail with me along the way. Pricing was extremely fair in my opinion given the work they performed. There was an unexpected delay in a parts supplier causing Chris to order from someone else - because of the completion time being changed due to the parts issue, he covered the cost of that part. His actions in that moment was the “cherry on top” and sealed to deal with me for being a returning customer. His professionalism along with the experience and knowledge at Powersports Service Center is the reason why I will take all of my equipment to them from here on out. Thank you so much, Chris!

I have been doing business with Powersports Service Center for well over 5 years now. I currently own a 1995 Kawasaki Bayou 300 and a 2001 Suzuki King Quad 300. Prior to having my ATVs serviced at Powersports, other local shops would either: not service attempt to service my bikes due to their age or would not put out quality work. I decided to give this shop a try and many years later my two ATVs still run like a top. The pricing is fair and honest, the quality of the work is excellent and the turn around time is quick. Thank you Chris and Powersports for your kindness and all that you have done for my four-wheelers.

What a refreshing experience I had at Powersports Service Center. I had a horrible experience down the street at a large dealer who kept my Honda Rancher for two months the first time to replace the carburetor and flush the fuel tank. After I finally picked it up I took off to Ohio on a week long hunting trip only to have it ruined by a carburetor that wasn’t installed properly. Matter of fact the 4 bolts that attach the carburetor were barely finger tight causing fuel to leak into my air filter chamber. I came home and took it back for another 6 to 8 weeks and had to go sit in the waiting room to have someone actually work on my unit. A week later after finally picking up my Rancher it wouldn’t crank. A friend told me about Powersports Service Center and Chuck and the team were amazing. My unit was fixed in three days and the real problem was found and corrected immediately. My Rancher runs perfectly now cranking with the slightest touch of the starter. Powersports Service Center will be the only people who ever work on my equipment from now on. Oh yeah, the price was very reasonable to top it off. Thank you Chuck!!!

Chris was a nice guy but if knew it was going to be 353.00 for a oil change. I would have YouTube it and figured it out. I looked at the reviews before I went and someone said far pricing but I could have went to the dealership and paid that for a oil change and chain clean and a bike detail. He lost my business. 250.00 labor wow
