I recently took my 2001 F-250 with the 7.3L Powerstroke engine to this shop after experiencing some performance issues—rough idle, loss of power, and occasional starting trouble. The mechanics really know their stuff when it comes to diesel engines, especially the 7.3. They kept our truck for the better part of 3 years, supposedly fixed the issue each time, charged us several thousand dollars, and our truck still isn’t fixed. The last time they kept it several months, supposedly drove it regularly to see what sent it into limp mode, and they could only get it to happen once. We drove it 90 miles home, and it went into limp mode 7 times. This may be purely coincidental but I’m doubtful. They make convincing promises but do not deliver. They are either incompetent, dishonest, or a combination of both. They do not value you time, as they have no problem stringing you along for months at a time with little or no communication. Do not use this business.
