My wife and I had a great experience at Prestige Lexus of Ramsey. Alma, Dean, Robin, Mayra and Richard made the whole thing very satisfying. All the folks we interacted with during our purchase experience were professional, super helpful and kind, explained everything to us every step of the way, found the car we were looking for in the color we were looking for and more. The dealership itself is also very well kept. This was my first time purchasing a new car and we made the decision to do so the same day based on their service (along with the price). It was definitely a December to remember lol go here if you’re looking for a Lexus and definitely ask for Alma.

SCAM ALERT! I ordered parts from here on 2/25/25 and was notified via email that day twice letting me know they’d ship my order in 2-4 working days. However, after receiving no correspondence since then, I checked my email on 3/2 without an additional update. I go to their link to see the status of my order which has now been cancelled. I never received an email, text, call, or voicemail that it had been cancelled and there is no reason listed either. When I called the dealership this morning, Cam answered and when I explained my situation he was quite curt. Asked me for my order number only to let me know after the person in charge of checking the order numbers wasn’t in, incompetent much? When I told him I’d like a refund he let me know because it was cancelled they never charged me. However, my confirmation email states I was charged, my bank transaction says it went through as well. I tried to tell him once more but he insisted I wasn’t charged and it was my bank… I called the bank only to find out the charge did in fact go through so I filed a dispute and included all the documentation to prove it. I suggest you all hire more understanding, and qualified workers before you’re reported to the Better Business Bureau. Again, beware, this place clearly has some shady practices that involve blatantly stealing from their customers in hopes they won’t look into the situation further.

I returned within 48 hours, and while they fixed a tire and sprayed dye to locate the leak, they advised me to come back in 30 days. This didn’t sit right with me, so I consulted my mechanic, who believes they may be trying to run out my warranty. I’ve always trusted Lexus, but this experience has left me questioning their service and commitment to customer satisfaction.”

One the best Lexus dealership in Bergen county!!! Alex was awesome, really honest with lots of knowledge about getting the Best car for your needs. We ended up with NX450h+. Absolutely love it. Tenial guided us in right direction for Maintenance and service plans. Special Thanks to Richard for awesome safety and how to training.
