Flew into LA from Sacramento and I initially reserved with Enterprise, but they only take credit cards at the counter. I was stuck at around 11:30 PM with no car and no way to get home for Father's Day.

Luckily, Prime was down the street and even came to pick me up from Enterprise and got me into a vehicle with no reservations, in about 30 minutes tops.

New cars are still paper-plated. Very clean car with 2k miles. 2024 Dodge Charger so I was happy with the car. I mean... it's a new car!

Insurance is a bit pricey, and Ali the representative even pushed me towards using my insurance to save on cost, but I personally only have motorcycle insurance and it doesn't cover car rentals.

The cost of $234 a day INCLUDED Toll Roads, Full Coverage insurance with a $1k deductible, unlimited miles, and return at the same fuel level. I also got an Uber ride back to my terminal at LAX which was awesome. I can't thank them enough for really helping me out on this one.

With Enterprise, they only accept credit cards at the counter and didn't honor my reservation. Even though they billed my debit card during the online reservation process for Allianz Travel Insurance. I've also used them locally dozens, if not hundreds of times when I drive down to LA from Sacramento, so this made no sense to me. I'm a Platinum member with them. I had a return flight. I use my debit card all the time to make my reservations. I've rented from them dozens of times WITH a debit card when I drive down to LA from Sacramento. I can drive +1k miles but renting from the airport for less than 100 miles is not allowed. Make it make sense.

Our enterprise reservation got messed up so we got recommended Prime rental while we were at the desk panicking after a 6 hour flight with our 2 kiddos.

Within 10 minutes we were picked up in our rental and taken to the office to fill out forms and paid. They were AMAZING!

The car was well kept and the check in process was easy. We even extended by a day and they just helped us over the phone.

Will definitely use them when we are in LA again!

The cars they offer are amazing! Lots of car rentals don’t offer cars to people without Californian licenses. This place does! Rentals that don’t offer car rentals to people who aren’t Californian residents ruins the point of the rental. The car we rented is a 2018 model and works beautifully. The car came squeaky clean and had no problems whatsoever. We really liked the window nets! Detachable if wanted. Would recommend this place!

10/10 everyone go here and get a car they are extremely helpful and accommodating and have good prices and made everything super easy for me ! I had lost my id in this state as well during my trip and they were able to use my temporary and other forms to help me get a rental. If it wasn’t for this place idk how smooth the rest of my trip would have been . I definitely 100% recommend this car rental company !!!
