I wanted to give Pro Cycles a 5 star review because they installed the risers & handlebars on my 2022 Harley Davidson Road Glide (invoice # 3738) early NOV & I picked it up on NOV 15th & I could not be more happy with how it turned out. Suzie & her husband as well as the few service techs/mechanics they had were more than helpful with all my motorcycle questions & did not push anything on me as some other shops can do. They communicated well & kept me informed on everything as well as were up front & transparent with their pricing & with what exactly was going to be done. I live an hour away from the shop there in Dublin but it is well worth the drive to get anything serviced/installed or customized. I HIGHLY will refer this place to anyone & everyone that needs things done to their motorcycle.

Great communication and customer service. Work was top notch. Had new tires, new suspension and T-bars installed. Work was done 2 days early. Took great care of me and my bike. Very Honest and fair. I’ll be back soon for more upgrades. They know there stuff!

I came to Pro cycles to have them do a complete overhaul on my 2005 Harley road glide. They tore down my whole bike and rebuilt it from motor, clutch, new primary chain, new belt new front end the list goes on, along the way Tim found a few more things that needed to be addressed and I am glad he did, his attention to detail is amazing. Susie also was amazing keeping me in the loop and letting me know what was going on with my build process. the entire team at Pro Cycles was pleasurable to work with and I will continue to use them in the future

Pro Cycles is the best shop in the entire Bay Area to get any work done on your motorcycle. Tim and Susie have been working on my two bikes (Harley Davidson 2002 FXDL & 1993 FXR) for years now and it’s been nothing but great work done every single time. Update: I went back to get a baja LP6 installed along with a windshield. Susie was great in ordering the parts and following up when the parts came in. Install was quick and I picked my bike up shortly after. I can’t recommend the team enough.

The team at Pro Cycles is great! Susie was extremely helpful sourcing parts and squeezing time for me to bring my bike in. Tim and Steven do some great work when it comes to bike maintenance and upgrades. They took the time to discuss how my bike runs, possible upgrades and part recommendations. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. 100% recommend and I’ll be bringing my bike here from now on.

I can't say enough about the quality and service proved by the Pro Cycle team. I took my 2015 Indian Scout in for a service and new tires. It feels like a new bike. They are really easy to work with. Plus, you get to check out the Arlen Ness bike museum.
