The staff on site is nice.

But the reason for the one star review is because Public Storage selectively chooses when and when not to pro rate rent. They will pro rate the rent upon move in. But even if you go into a new month by one day and then decide to move out, they will not give you back the amount of days not needed/used. Of course this is all under the guise of “company policy” so I told them my policy is to leave one star reviews for this behavior.

Dawn was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly & helpful! Seeing that I had my toddler with me, she assigned us to the indoor unit with easiest access available to the doors and elevator. Her consideration and assistance was a relief during an otherwise hectic situation Thank you Dawn!!

I have used this storage unit for many many years. It was always a joy to see Dawn the office manager. She was always happy and helpful. She really knows her job. Although I just moved out, I will miss seeing her once a month when it was rent time.
