This 5 star review is SPECIFICALLY for our salesmen, Jose & Alex because they worked hard and deserve the commission for selling us our car. Jose and Alex are probably the only reason why we decided to do business here. They were attentive and did what they could to help us out. HOWEVER, if you decide to purchase from this dealership, proceed with caution. This dealership is probably the worst I’ve ever been to. Honestly, it’s my fault for not checking every little detail, but you expect that dealerships set high standards and provide top quality vehicles to the consumer. I came in with my husband to purchase a jeep wrangler and met Jose, he was very friendly and took the time to show us all the jeep wranglers they had in stock. Right off the bat, I was thrown off because almost all the vehicles I was shown had the WORST swirls on them. Mind you, these were all brand new vehicles so there was absolutely no reason why they should have been that swirled up. Super red flag because again, you expect a dealership to set high standards for the products they sell you. Whatever, I looked passed that.. fast forward to when I purchased my vehicle, the following day after I purchased the vehicle, the check engine light turned on and the car was alerting me it needed an oil change. Then, I realize that one of the dash mats is completely missing. ON A BRAND NEW VEHICLE…… these are the little things this dealership should be paying attention to. I had to purchase the replacement mat and take the car in to the dealership nearby me to make sure the oil was good and have the meter reset. Anyway, Jose and Alex were great, if you decide to purchase at this dump, proceed with caution. At least they hire really good salesmen to make up for their low quality vehicles. ☺️

I bought a Jeep Wrangler today with Marina and Gustavo! It was the most pleasant experience! Marina was the person I spoke with on the phone and had as my sales rep. She is excellent, personable and helpful. Answered all my questions and made the experience of buying a car actually enjoyable!
