Pretty awful business practices they’re implementing. Bought today. Battery was not working properly. Called customer service today and like the other 2 reviews “not honoring their warranty” wanted me to buy a new battery for $50+s+h. As it’s for my daughter and she really wants it, was willing to buy the battery if they covered s+h and we’d have a brand new battery. They wouldn’t cover s+h and I asked to speak to the manager and she said, “that’s me”. If a manger of a company leads by this example then I don’t want their product. Buyers Beware!!

WARNING EVERYONE! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE ABSOLUTE JUNK. I PURCHASED AN ELECTRIC QUAD THAT NEVER WORKED. WALMART SAYS TO GO THROUGH THE MANUFACTURER BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR FAKE WARRANTY. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR JUNK PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!

So when you buy any of these products from anywhere you will not ever be able to find replacement parts. So think long and hard before you drop a couple of hundred dollars for anything sold by this company.
