Absolutely outstanding storage facility. Iris was so kind and went out of her way to help me when my truck broke down. Fantastic customer service, above and beyond what should be expected. Margaret was also so very helpful. If you need storage or just a cleaner car around Barstow, give them a stop. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Don’t use the ATM card reader!!! I used my card here ( last transaction on my card ) next day my bank alerted me of a $200 charge in Brooklyn NY at a Foodie Spot. BEWARE OF THERE CARD READERS!!!

Terrible experience. Had a uhaul reservation at 12 pm, arrived at 12:05, an employee saw me at the door and drove off. Waited an hour and a half for them to return, meanwhile the uhaul corporation assured me they do not close the uhaul portion of their business for lunch only the car wash, 1:30 pm and they never returned or answered the door. To top it off I spoke to a vendor who said there was more employees inside the office and they were choosing not to answer the door. He knew they were there because he spoke to them while I was there. Do not go here for a uhaul.

DO NOT COME TO THIS CAR WASH.. If i could give it negative stars i would!! By far the worst car wash i have ever been too. In the ghetto they have better carwashes than this! The prices are idiculous. 5$ for 4 minutes

Well this is the better of our two options for self serve car washes. Last time I went there was no soap in the wash cycle but that was a first I'll still go here instead of that sketchy one. Workers are all friendly and it's kept clean and free of homeless people asking for money and it has a dry option which is nice if you don't wanna dry it by hand

**Update I have since been back and had an awesome experience. I had forgot to hit stop after paying with debit card and the worker there found me and let me know. Also I locked my keys in car went next door to storage place and a man came out used a slim Jim to open my door for me!

Almost ALWAYS there is an attendant, or even the Manager, Carlo, on site and ready to help. The place is clean & the washes work efficiently, making it easy peasy to wash my vehicle in the time alloted. I ALWAYS give my business to them cuz I know they are the BEST & if I ever do run across a problem, I have access to someone that will resolve my concern asap. Thanks Carlo & Team!

The Worst do it yourself car wash place I've ever been to! Next time I'll just drive to Victorville, the money I spent to do it myself I could've paid a few bucks more and had someone else do it. $5.00 for 4 minutes and only 12 seconds for every quarter after! Unfortunately I was already vested before I realized that.

Super pricey, vacuums don't work, machine for towels ate my money and gave me nothing. Drive thru car wash is broken so you're left paying $25 to wash your car to mediocre level. I'd rather just go somewhere else.
