The owner is a bleep, bleep, bleep; (His assistant is wonderful though) I'd find another place if I were you. Basically he kept raising rent; previously in 2020, the email stated something about an increase in the subject line and in the body it said, "Hi, Please see the attachment for Rent increase from 01/01/21", so I sent back that I received and acknowledged the increase. In 2021 i got an email with nothing in the subject line and in the body it said, "Hi, Your December 2021 Statement is attached" so I didn't really pay attention. Later, when I was checking something else on the credit card statement i noticed the rent increase, but hadn't quite realized that since the subject line wasn't the same that it had been slipped quietly into the "Hi, your December statement email"... When I called him brought it to his attention that I hadn't gotten something that said "Rent Increase" His attitude was stunning, he was ranting on. I tried to point out that the previous year it had been quite clear that there was an increase, I asked my husband to talk to him as I was getting quite confused by his rude attitude! When my husband took over the call he then told him that he was giving a 30 day notice, that we would have to pay lots more elsewhere. Considering it had been broken into several times and someone stole the light covers several times I guess it was for the best anyways, and no, I'm paying the same elsewhere, and the place is much more well kept, and much better access hours, and no fear of being locked in if you miss the 5pm gate locking and paying to have someone come and open it. I will never get over how terribly he handled it.

I have left a good review at first but know I'm changing it do to the experience I had contacting them about a brake in they had I found out from a other renter there I went to go check on my trailer after the rain I was very upset that they didn't contact me to let me know that this happened very on professional on there part not to let there rental know about this I tried calling them several time left message no response a couple more attempts a day later he answered told that was not happy about that told they went around checking everybody's stuff to make sure nothing was missing I got more upset cause know they opened doors out side to check stuff like were they don't have locks I wouldn't recommend this place stay away I wouldn't recommend this place and over is also a lairer said I didn't call about this issue that why I took my trailer out this place
