Josh really took care of me! He went out of his way to make sure I left happy with a great car that suited my needs. Josh is amazing and so is the finance team and they have the sweetest receptionist. They absolutely will not repo your car for being a day late or even multiple days if you communicate with the team.They are taking a huge risk by financing cars to low and no credit type situations but they do it so you can get on the road. They also have sexy high end cars with lower down payments (oac)for those big credit scores out there! Love this place love their team… shout out to finance! I went to seven other buy here pay here places in mobile and this was by far the best spot, wish I would have chose Quality first!!! Thank again guys. I will buy another car from Josh!

I can't say enough about the great service I received from them! My 2006 Infiniti G35 coupe jumped time on me... Paul quickly went and picked it up with the tow truck, took it back to their shop, and figured out that it had caused valve damage in my motor. Unfortunately this was very bad news, but he went way above and beyond to find me a good used motor to replace my damaged one. They saved me a lot of money and had it ready to go in less than a week.! Not too many shops will go so far out of their way just to save you some money like they do... I highly recommend them for any vehicle services, and they always seem to have a good selection of used cars priced very fair..

Great owners. They will work with you on the financing they also have an on-site mechanic shop this is a family-owned operation and they also will go to the auction and pick a car for you if you come ahead of time and let them know what your need or desire is conveniently located in Trinity which is really Decatur nowadays all you have to do is go to a pole 24 Trinity mountain and they are right at the top on the left can't miss it check them out

Bought a car from Blake the mechanic seemed like a good car but already have found the exhaust was muffler taped and painted to cover it up only a $150 parts it was the Y pipe Said he was selling due to getting bigger family but I'm wondering if this car has alot more problems than he disclosed at sale. If he takes care of his own car this way just hate to see how he takes care of anyone else's... Will keep posted as what all goes wrong with the car as I've only had it a month

Eddie and Ruben are the best. They give you great service for a fair price,Eddie will towe you in at a low price and do any and all repaires that are needed. If you cant be repaired he will put you in a good dependable used car for a lowe payment every month or week.

Quality Used Automotive is the place to go for all your automotive purchase and repair needs. Located in Trinity, it's location is perfect for ease of finding and access. It's also on the same lot as a local tow truck company. Owned and operated by some great people, they are staffed with equally great salesmen(and women) and talented mechanics. They use top end high tech machinery to get most any job done and done well. As a Uber/Lyft driver partner, I need to maintain my SUV as best possible, both for the life of my vehicle and the safety of my passengers. That's why I come right here. Quality always bests quantity, and I know they understand that here.

Great place and fast service! I needed my car looked at asap and other places said a week. I called and he told me to come and he would fix it today. They werent even open. Soo blessed to have found them!

If we could give less than one star we would. Please never go here. We purchased a vehicle and January and have yet to receive the title from Jason Norwood or Paul Lamon. We have heard countless excuses and are unable to get a competent answer from anyone at this company. We have requested the surety bond company information to file claim but they are uninsured or unaware what company bonded them. This place is the epitome of the sleazy car dealership stereotype. Please don’t buy here or do any business with these people ever.
