The most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a ford service center. Not only did they fail to install my wheel cap hub (it fell off on the drive home) but they have failed to replace and it’s been over two months. Three separate times I’ve called and given them all my information with a promise that it would be delivered within a week. Absolutely unreal. Now when I call for an update I’m put on hold for 20+ minutes. I’ve been on hold 25 minutes while writing this review. Hopefully the fourth time is the charm for these guys to follow through on their word.

Took my car here for the 100,000 mile maintenance schedule.. I bought the car from Harbin 7 months ago and had put less than 3,000 miles on it but apparently it needed a complete brake job including rotors.. I really felt that should've been done before I purchased it.. however they treated me well and they did a great job in replacement.. I just had to wait for about 4 hours while the work was being done.. price was $1400.. so it's not inexpensive to come here..

Excellent service!! Had to stop in during a road trip to get a repair. The front desk rep (Devan) and the mechanic (Eric) worked to get me in quickly and get the repair made as soon as possible so I could get back on the road. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Thank you so much!

We came out of state to buy a car, and ended up having some tire issues on the way home. Even with the vehicle being lowered, they were still more than willing to help us and found the problem with our tire. Devin helped us out today, ensured us we’d make it home safe and sure enough we did. If your in town and need car assistance I highly recommend coming here.

I took my car that I bought from there with a warranty up there to be fixed was told that they couldn't do it and told me that I should go to another place. I called the other place and was told it would be about 6 weeks before they could get to it. I card back and talked to a rude employee named Mike who said he would talk to the person about getting the parts and they would call me back. No call, won't answer and was extremely rude. Will never go back and have told numerous people about that stupid place. I definitely suggest that if you need anything done, don't go to that stupid place.

Horrible experience!!! Do not recommend to anyone!!! Honestly..... Walmart is better than them! False advertisement!! Plus.... they do not explain anything they found wrong with your car unless they can sell something. They tried to sell me tires. Acting like mine were horrible. Yes..... they are not wonderful but they don't need replaced right now! Notes were wrote on my paperwork that I can not read and were not went over. Since they didn't rotate my tires (cause they were so bad) my brakes didn't get inspected. I personally asked for that and my coolant checked. Tire pressure wasn't checked. Nothing but a $47.00 tax and all oils change!! Ridiculous! I will not ever use Harbin again nor buy or recommend them. I was in the market for a new car but I will definitely pass them up. I don't recommended. Front office was very unprofessional. Laughing, joking and flirting non stop!

They were fine for the initial visit to determine the problem. However, they did not put in a correct contact number for us, and, although, I called several times after the parts were supposed to be in, they couldn't give me a straight answer on when they could do the repair. Although they are open on Saturday, and it was to have been repaired on Friday, it was Monday before it was actually repaired. The explanation was 'they couldn't get ahold of us because they had the wrong number'. Funny thing is, the SALES dept did a call back to me. But when I told her why I had called, she disconnected me and didn't call back. This is AFTER I had made SEVERAL calls to them with no one knowing what was going on.
Not impressed.....
