This place is a joke. We have a dairy here in Shafter and call on parts giving Serial #s and the exact part number, yet they continuously give the wrong part every time. We ALWAYS have to go back and pick up the right part or grab a fitting they left out. They never compensate for fuel or time when they even admit it was their error. We will no longer be using CAT equipment going forward knowing their parts dealer location can't handle their job.

Let me start off by saying this is the cleanest mechanic facility I've been too. The offices, restrooms and break room were spotless. The mechanics were very knowledgeable and willing to discuss any issues. Alan replaced our two belts in a timely manner on our RV with a Cat engine. I would highly recommend this facility. The office girls were polite and professional.

Truck shop manager is awesome, he was a tech, so he's on top of it! Dennis the mechanic is also out standing at his job, and as a person. This is by far the best shop I've found in California, they are not parts changers, they will take the time to really find out what's wrong and fix it as fast as they can.

I talked to Tommy Allard about 2 0-rings and a oil cooler seal that i needed. He told me that there is only the updated parts and that those parts i need come up and only sold as a huge $$ unit. He passed my expectations by finding the gaskets i needed by researching each part deeper and found the updated parts that would work for my job. He even went further and sent me the schematic to make sure the parts i needed were correct. This is the type of service everyone is looking for. Tommy will be my go-to person at Quinn. Thanks Mr. Allard!

Our company rented from Quinn because we THOUGHT it was the best price in town, until they picked up the lift. We rented a scissor lift for one week and after that one week we called it off. They picked it up 10 days later. Apparently, Quinn Rentals has meters on their equipment and charge you extra if you go over your allotted "hours". Really, hours? Never heard of such a thing. AND this was NEVER disclosed when rented.
How can someone determine the hours you are allowed to use a rented piece of equipment? Who it to say that you are at an end of a job and your schedule is tight and you have to run two crews (who will be using the lift) 24 hrs a day? How can you completely keep track of subs on your job site that can potentially use the equipment? I mean I can not be there 24 hours a day. What about having to move it out of the way?
It is not my fault that it wasn't picked up for 10 days. They could have came and got it the day it was called off or the day after. 10 days go by, and yes, I am sure it was used. A lift on a job site is going to be used. Best part is, no refund. Sign the agreement with the hours on it even though I had no idea. I see the weekly price and sign. Where are those hours you ask, under all the lift info. Not even close to the weekly price. If I would have been informed, that lift would have been locked up until they picked it up or I would have called them every day to come get it.
WE WILL NEVER RENT FROM QUINN RENTALS IN BAKERSFIELD AGAIN! Which is sad because we rent a lot of lifts. Oh well. Their loss. And apparently mine in the sum of an extra $134 on top of my $451!

I brought my 2008 Kenworth into them have worked on and the service manger and the service advisor went way beyond to help and tell me and my boss what was the matter. I have had this truck in other repair shops for the same problem and none of them wanted to fix it. I will diffently bring it back to Quinn cat. I am very pleased with them

My 40 ft motorhome with C7 engine was over heating. Had it towed there. They got me right in and fixed the problem. Great people would highly recomend them.
