Friends and I are on a road trip down the CA coast, right around Santa Cruz one of us got a flat. Not only were they open on Labor Day, but they had the tire she needed and were able to get her back on the road same day.

Treated really exceptionally well and did great work. Literally saved the second half of our trip.

I never thought anyone could get my '03 heritage running...it was mothballed for years! I had anxiety over the potential costs. But this establishment was so professional and did an amazing job!! My only fear was that this great shop is too good to be true...but its not...its true!......to me and so many Harley riders, there is only one choice to go for service.....RAM!!

I wouldn't recommend. Went in for an oil change, tire swap and rear suspension.
Noticed an odd vibration when I picked it up, no weights on front tire. Came back, after taking a tongue lashing about how I was wrong, they agreed to put it on the balancer, it was not balanced, he "balanced it". Weights fell off on the way home I called and informed him, didn't have time the same day but was still doubting me. Waste of a lot of time.
Took it to a different shop, front tire out of balance AND the rear tire was on backwards.
This shop seems to do serious engine work and has great looking expensive equipment, but I can say they aren't good at changing tires. No offer to refund any $$ that it cost to get the job done correctly. Kinda SHADY.

Fantastic experience!!! Bernard and his family fit me in when no one else would or could and got me out of a jamb. My Wide Glide had a flat and needed the rear tube replaced. They squeezed me into their very busy schedule and saved the day. They also replaced the rear brakes and answered all questions. They are helpful, extremely knowledgeable, experienced and professional. Reasonable pricing too! They also put me in touch with a fantastic tow service specifically for motorcycles. So no crazy flat bed experience or fear of dropping the bike. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

They’ve taken care of a bunch of problems with my 1978 Electra Glide and always go the extra mile to make sure its done right. Dont think anyone else has the expertise to work on my bike. Always awesomely excellent!!
