Razor refused to refund my money! It’s been 3 weeks and no refund! The website states 2 weeks. Today is august 9th, every employee and manger have been giving me the run around and lies. On person said Monday for the refund, a manger said today. Yet! No refund! R

Horrible customer service. The people don’t even know what they are selling or servicing. When I called them after going through all the nonsense prompts just to get to talk to somebody all the lady wanted to do was gather my data and not really help me with my issue.

Paid for parts a week ago never received an receipt had to call twice to get it and try to get a tracking number waited 2 days and called again to find out they have no idea where my things are the tracking number they gave me was voided by them from UPS then called again and they claim it's shipped but they can't provide me with a tracking number

Disappointing customer experience. We purchased a razor hoverboard, but the our experience with the product has been terrible. The battery was recalled due to concerns about it catching fire. Due to the recall Razor said that we could request a box to mail back the dangerous battery. Once they received it they would mail us a replacement.

Six months later I am still waiting for the replacement. Each time I call I'm given a new date with a new promise, but the promise is as good as the battery. In my last call I pointed out that Razor doesn't have a battery shortage. They are continuing to sell new hoverboards with batteries so it's obvious that they have batteries. It's just clear that they are prioritizing selling new products over fixing recalled products for existing customers. It's clear that they don't value their customers.
