Top notch, worth the price point as they look out for your vehicles long term success. In the end, it’s cheaper to do it right the first time.

I first brought my truck in 2 years ago and they discovered negligence from my last mechanic. They documented it and even was willing to explain it to them personally.

That went well and my previous mechanic agreed to pay for their lack of oversight and willful negligence as they had broken a part on the turbo and just glued it back on causing long term damage to my truck.

I was so impressed with Mike in that he gave me an honest word on my power steering issue that saved me at least $2,000 in repairs when he could have just agreed with the other auto repair shop on their so called list of “needed” repairs. Our vehicles have been well taken care of for the last five years here. They are always flexible with scheduling which has been helpful. I most appreciate that they don’t over prescribe the need for repairs. I trust that when they say something needs to be done, it is true, and they fix it well! I have a 20-year-old truck that is my daily driver and it is running great, compliments of Reeves! Also, they have a very comfortable waiting room. Even has toys to keep my toddler entertained, which is a big bonus.

Called to schedule an appointment to have my trucks smog inspection completed. A day prior to my inspection, I received a phone call letting me know the smog machine was in need of repair and they would call me back, once the machine was fixed. The very next day I received a call and they got me in to have my smog check completed. The customer waiting area was very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. My inspection was very fast and I was in and out in a very short time. This was my first visit to Reeves Auto Repair and I plan to use their services in the future. Very good experience.
