I came to RMS to get new tires put on my Suzuki Boulevard. The whole team was very friendly and hospitable. They did such a great job and they were very hospitable. Needed a VIN inspection done on my DRZ. I used to shop at Michaels RPS until this morning when I called about a VIN inspection, could not get an answer from service, then called parts who said they would walk over and ask service to answer their phone. Waited on hold forever, than hung up. Called RMS and immediately call was answered. I asked about the VIN inspection, was told "Sure bring it on down", thanked the guy, and was off the call in 20 seconds. Pretty big contrast in service. THANK YOU!

I've been going to RMS for all my motorsport needs for well over 15 years. The service is always top tier, freindly and commensurate in knowledge of anything I have questions on from Products to bike work.
