Great service from Reno Tahoe Rental car! Starting from the easiest reservation to the airport pickup. They were always in communication, super on time! The car was fantastic, well kept and equipped as described! We had a wonderful trip around Lake Tahoe area, enjoyed driving that Sierra a lot!!! We had a great experience with Reno/ Tahoe Rentals. Corbin was waiting on us outside of the airport and gave very easy directions to find him. We were in the rental within 5 min and ready to go. He loaded our baggage and opened the doors my group. The car was wonderful and navigated the snow easily. We even got back to the drop off early and they went ahead and took us to the airport. We were ok to wait but they weren’t going to let that happen. I highly recommend this company for rentals in the area because it was quick, easy, cost effective, and guaranteed a vehicle that will work for the weather.

The team and Reno Tahoe Rental Cars are great. They are incredibly helpful. From pick ups right outside the airport to the text reminders and information before and during our trip - we couldn't fault their service. Another great experience! We traveled from Florida to Lake Tahoe in March 2025 and used Reno Tahoe for the 2nd time. The peace of mind knowing we had secured a safe, equipped vehicle to travel the mountains was our first priority, but they went above and beyond in every way. From the direct communication, to the transfer from and back to the airport, they exceeded expectations. Our flight home was delayed by ~12hrs and they were so very accommodating with the return of the vehicle, it allowed a bonus day to snowmobile. Can’t say enough good things. Worth every penny. We’ll be back!

If traveling to Reno this car company is the absolute best car rental car company I have ever experienced!!! Especially if traveling to the mountains and there is a snow risk. I had to have snow tires and 4wd the day we were supposed to leave and their cars all have this so I made it back to Reno with no problems. The customer service goes above and beyond!! Picking you right up outside of baggage claim and dropping you right at airline. It is worth every penny to rent from them. If traveling to Reno, they are by far the best car rental company!!!!

Fabulous service! What a great luxurious car with 4 wheel drive which we needed with snow conditions. Communication with Corbin, Carter and the team were amazing! Such a high end experience compared with other rental companies. We highly recommend and will definitely use again when we come into the area. We absolutely loved renting the car from you!

1. The vehicle was 4WD and equipped with snow tires, which made us feel incredibly safe driving in the winter conditions.
2. It came with ski and snowboard racks, making everything so much more convenient!
3. The return process was very flexible; we were able to leave the car at the hotel reception (right in front of your rental location) for your team to pick up.
