On our initial pick up of the RV we met Paul a worker of RV share. He took us on the walk through and gave us a quick tutorial before our trip. Took about 45 minutes. The RV ran very smoothly we had no major hiccups on our trip. Our only hiccup was on our way home there tire sensor malfunctioned.

First time going with Rent Me RVs and as soon as I got there someone politely greeted me. The tech, Paul, approached me and showed me the RV, going over all the rules and regulations patiently with my many questions. Overall service was excellent and I would recommend them.

Aweful service! crooked owner !...not professional at all! We rented a 30 ft rv and on pickup day the did the old bait and switch. The owner came out said we rented a 22 ft rv and when my husband told him the salesman gave the only rv on lot available s number to Danielle the woman you makes the reservations... he told him off . When my husband asked him to correct the error since it was their error he aggressively lunged at my husband i had to get infront of him to stop him . He did not offer to correct the error or a refund or a discount. If it wasn't due to this trip being probably my last trip I will probably ever take since I was only give 4 to 10 months to live due to stage 4 breast cancer . ..I would ve canceled even knowing i would lose the money. I just want to warn everybody who's thinking about renting from this place NOT TO!@

I was looking to rent an RV and found their ad online. Nice website. I filled out their online request to reserve an RV and submitted it via the website. Because I was at work I decided to call instead of waiting for a return call or email. After speaking with someone from the location, I was told that the individual who processes rentals is off for the day but, she checks her emails daily and I would receive a call back that day. Unfortunately, I did Not get a call or an email that day. The next day, I called the rental again and was put on hold for 20 minutes. After hanging up, I called back sometime later and spoke with an individual who claims to have spoken to me because she recognized the number I was calling from. Finally, I come to find out that there where NO RVs available to rent for the dates I needed. Having the ability to check availability online would be much better for customers such as myself.
