Recently I rented a car from alamo. When I got to the airport they said it was more than an hour wait for a car. They were at least 20 people waiting for cars. So this time I decided to use hertz. I thought they would have better service. Wrong. I got to the airport at the time of my reservation and they told me they had no cars ready and I have to wait 20 to 25 minutes. I'm still waiting...

I utilized an office for a one-way rental out of state. I interacted with three representatives, all of whom were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The only downside was the absence of USB ports in the 2019 Dodge Caravan. However, since it was a complimentary upgrade, it wasn't significant enough to complain about. Overall, my experience at this office was excellent.
