9AUG21. Herts did not have my 5 star name listed. I had to go in and wait for 12 folks with 3 service workers. 2 women 1 man. The man was processing 3 to 1 of the other. He had to help the others as well. I got to the counter as was told they did not have time to update the board., and to go out and select a vehicle in 5 star. I picked one out the waited in a very long slow line to exit. I took pictures of the disney like line. Came in at 12:10 got out with car at 13:50, almost 2 hours. Arrived at Edwards base at 1630 and missed everyone by minutes. Had to stay there for next day. I tried to take the pictures tome tagged. The rear view you see the snaking line.

Dropped our car off and walked immediately onto the shuttle bus. 25+ minutes later and we’re still on the bus after a very lengthy boarding process with a driver who has a particular loading style. It was so inefficient for the driver to touch every single large bag and also while barking directions at the small bag owners. I’ve been on a lot of airport shuttle buses and this was the most inefficient one ever. Just have everyone board with some general instructions. Then, we stopped at the USO building out of the way for one passenger. Then several other stops. This process takes all of the benefit of a small airport and equalizes it with the big ones. Will avoid Ontario when I need to rent a car.

Super convenient as the shuttle provides reliable transportation from airport to your car. All rental car companies are super close. All parking lots are close. The car return is convenient.
