I was the lucky first person to rent their 2023 Dodge Charger GT.. and OMG IT WAS A BLAST. The car was so much fun to drive. It was cool to be the first person to break it in, the new car smell. I understand it’s not super common to be the first person. But I am grateful they gave me that experience. The guy who handed me the keys when I got there was so nice, he sat with me and showed me some features. He answered all my questions and was so patient. He was excited for me to be the first person, and his enthusiasm made an impression on me. I wish I could remember his name. I did chose to drop it off early so I could personally hand the keys in. The guy in the office was also really understanding and friendly. I told him that since I was the first person to rent it, I did not take it through a car wash because I didn’t want to be responsible for it potentially getting scratched. He was really understanding about that, so it made the return a pleasant one for me. I did rent the vehicle through the Turo App, because they do not request a deposit. Their website does have great prices, but be prepared for a deposit. The staff was great, car was great. This was my first time renting a car on my own not through an insurance claim, and I would definitely rent from them again. Overall, a really awesome experience. Thanks Rental Zone! ?

If I was able to leave 0 stars I would.. completely unsatisfactory performance. This company reserved a large vehicle 2 wks ahead of the rental date, which we thought was great. But before the rental was to be picked up they called and said the vehicle was totalled and they can only use a bigger one that we can pay $100 additional for. Said ok no big deal. Then went on the day to pick it up and there was not a vehicle in sight and the building was unoccupied and for lease... Called numerous time. Left multiple msgs and emails to the point about 3 hrs later someone responded... completely not a good rental company solely based on communication. Would not recommend. Had to call the bank and dispute charges.. Nvr again.

Needed a rental car last minute due to car issues and found about this place near me, talked to Imad through the phone about some available options and picked one; gmc. Was the best car to drive around, my family loved it!! Definitely coming back here for rentals when it’s needed. Great customer service as well 🙂

Do not rent from them!!! They took over 1200 dollars out of my bank account when I rented a car from them for a month, and then cancelled the trip a few hours before I was supposed to pick it up. They were rude, they were wrong and they were mean. I can’t get my money refunded for 5-7 business days. Hi there just wanted to add that they are denying I had a reservation now ? I booked through the Turo app, and once I realized that this rental company directly cancelled my rental a few hours prior to picking it up and taking over a thousand dollars out of my account, I also called the owner and he pretended that he spoke no English and hung up on me, and is now saying I never had a reservation. LOL you give me a call buddy, I left you a voicemail after you hung up on me LOL

What I thought would be a simple rental with this company has turned into then filing a false claim and turo taking money out of my account without my permission. I paid over $1,300,00 in rental fees and now no one wants to return phone calls or reply back to text messages about this false claim. I will never use this company again.
