Avoid Renty at All Costs – Unsafe, Old Cars and No Refunds!

Renty is, without a doubt, one of the most irresponsible car rental companies I have ever dealt with. They rent out old, malfunctioning cars that reek of neglect and offer zero customer service when their vehicles inevitably fail.

From the beginning, I was given a car that was not only unsafe but also smelled awful and barely functioned. It was a disaster waiting to happen. When I complained, they dragged their feet, charged me for services they didn’t provide, and gave me another run-down vehicle that wasn’t any better.

The air conditioning broke down in the middle of summer, leaving the car completely unusable in the heat. Did they care? No. It took nearly a month for them to respond, and even then, they didn’t fix the problem. I was left without a vehicle multiple times, yet they continued to charge me for the full rental period.

On top of everything, one of the replacement cars broke down, stranding me, and I had to cover the towing costs out of my own pocket. After returning the car, they refused to refund me for the unused rental days and the days I was left without a vehicle. Since August, I’ve been fighting to get my rightful refund, and Renti has ignored every email and phone call.

This company should not be in business. They don’t care about their customers, and they certainly don’t care about providing safe, functioning vehicles. If you’re considering renting from them, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and avoid this nightmare of a company.

This place is worthless as a smog shop, over charged for the service, won't do a retest without paying full overcharged price, won't give any info on why it was failing without paying them more money for that info, info that Napa and auto zone tested and provided for free . They will rip you off. Just another scam "mechanic" shop
