We recently had our boat here for minor repairs. It was there right over 5 weeks.
We had to call several times for an update, not once were we called with an update. And the information we were given when called was very limited by a gentleman (not Will) that would say I needed to call back later to speak to Will or once the only information he said was "we're not done with it yet." They had the boat at 4 weeks minimum by this time so l asked for an estimated timeline. We never even received a call that the repair had been completed. I called once more to be told they finished it up that Friday prior and was ready for pickup. Just really disappointed in the customer service we received from what's thought to be a reputable business.

I stopped here to pick up some lights and starting talking to one of the employees. I quickly realized that I paid way too much for my boat at a competitor's store and got ripped off on the "options". I could have saved THOUSANDS by purchasing the exact same boat here instead of at a dealer in Augusta, AR. They do all types of fabrication work and paint in house as well. I had an impeller go out and an issue with my fuel line over the weekend and Ricochet Outdoors fixed it first thing Monday morning. Thanks to them I didn’t have to miss out on any duck hunting. If you have any boat motor issues they will get you fixed up, I highly recommend them!
