JB took an ton of his time to help me understand the dynamics of how his Titanium Perches work, and how they impact the different velocities. Moreover, he also helped me with setup and tuning when he certainly didn't have to. I can say without question one of the best at customer service in the business. I just ordered a set of the volume spacers and am excited to see how they work. To anyone looking at which "suspension tuner" they should use, I can say without hesitation, JB will do a fantastic job... and if something isn't right he will stick with it until it is.

The JBI suspension will enhance your speed, which means you'll ride more often. This increase in riding can lead to weight loss, resulting in the need to have your suspension reworked. (True story!)

I purchased the WP 6500 for single-track riding. I was initially hesitant because most of JB's content focused on motocross, with little specifically about woods riding — particularly the rocky and rooty trails we encounter in Eastern Canada. I didn’t know anyone personally who had ordered from them, but I decided to go with the fast, flowy single-track riding setting, and it turned out to be spot-on perfect, right down to the number of clicks.

Now, I'm going back to JBI to better fine-tune the rear shock.

Above and beyond is what I can say about JB himself and quality is what I can say for his work. Long story short I wanted to take a chance on sending my stock WP suspension out to JB to get the 6500 kit and some rear shock work done. I have seen people with his suspension but have never personally known someone who has had his work done. I’m glad I went with Ride JBI! He received my suspension and the work was done in a week and on its way back when UPS lost my package… most company’s would wish you the best of luck and move on but JB kept in touch everyday until the suspension was found. We both worked with UPS through claims, emails, and phone calls. UPS was pretty worthless but the package ended up being found and they shipped it back to JB and he sent it out 3 day express just in time for me to slap the bike together and go testing. All I can say is WOW! The work he does is something else and if it’s not the work that wins you over it would be the unbelievable customer service he has and how down to earth he is. Ride JBI also has a very clear and precise website where it is easy to navigate and tells you price and what exactly is being done to your bike where other companies just have you send it out and you’re unsure of what exactly is being done. There are no questions when it comes to RideJBI you know exactly what you are getting and exactly what you are paying. Super competitive prices as well. Definitely has my future support! Will recommend to everyone!

JB is awesome to work with. they helped us out a ton with our bike setups on 3 bikes and finding the right settings for are race needs with coming out to the track to dialing in our personal settings. We have been using them for the last 18 months and they have continued to provided excellent support and service. Highly recommended.

JB got the suspension dialed on my FE450. He stayed in communication with me throughout the transaction, keeping me updated so I didn't have to wonder when the parts were coming in or when my bike would be ready. Also went over and above with multiple settings to try. I haven't needed any follow-up thus far but I am sure JBI will continue to offer support on any questions or issues that may arise. I've worked with other suspension companies both in the auto and moto world and I would highly recommend JBI.
