Went with my wife to pick out a retirement present. We had Joey Rogers as our sales guy. This is the absolute best place for many reasons: best select, prices, sales reps, and atmosphere. Joey made the whole process quick (which my wife appreciated). This is will be where we come for all future purchases (my wife said she picks next time). I would definitely recommend this place and especially Joey Rogers! Definitely make sure you ask for him. Great place, great selection, great service and great people (definitely Joey Rogers).

I just got my first bike with Aaron! He was a pleasure to work with, so kind, and helped me understand everything and worked within my budget for the deposit. Would call him for my next bike. Joey greeted me outside with a smile and helped me find the bike I was looking for, answered all of my ridiculous questions and was very personable. TJ the manager was also super helpful handling all the finance portion of everything making my trip a breeze. Highly recommend this dealership, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex Hamilton, the Internet Manager at RideNow Jacksonville, to purchase a 2024 Husqvarna FE350s. Even though I live in Sarasota, Alex made the process seamless through email and phone communication. When the day came to make the 4-hour drive to Jacksonville, the experience exceeded my expectations.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the entire team. Meeting Alex in person was great, but special thanks to Kevin Spollen, who guided me through the paperwork and helped load the bike. Brady from the service department also went above and beyond, offering valuable tips during the loading process. Although I can’t recall the name of the person who helped me with my riding gear, his assistance was greatly appreciated, and he made sure I felt comfortable without any pressure.

The entire process was smooth and efficient, with each team member expertly handing me off to the next, whether it was for riding gear, paperwork, or the bike walk-through. To top it off, I had the fun opportunity to ring the dealership’s bell, complete with a Motley Crüe soundtrack, to celebrate my purchase.

If you’re in the market for a motorcycle, I highly recommend RideNow Jacksonville. Their team truly makes the experience memorable and well worth the trip.

Went with my husband to get him a retirement present (a sport bike) and had Joey Rogers as our sales rep and he was absolutely amazing! Made the entire process quick and painless. I would go here for any sport vehicle and definitely ask for Joey Rogers! I will ask for him for every future purchase (which I'm already planning). Stopped into RideNow Powersports on Beach Blvd. and spoke to salesman Antonio Jones. We really were just going to look at some Yamaha Wave Runners, but after speaking with Antonio and trusting his knowledge and recommendations we purchased 2 beautiful new Yamaha PWC’s which happen to come with a free double Magic Tilt aluminum trailer. The process was pressure free and easy. The store has a great inventory to chose from and the overall process was a pleasure. Would definitely buy from again and recommend to friends and family.
