Im from Northern California and while I was in Vista visiting my folks, I saw RideNow Powersports next to Costco. I felt in love with a Kawasaki Vulcan but had some hesitation if the dealer would work with me since I live 421 miles away. To my surprise, the team was amazing. Through texting and pictures, they added a passenger sit, settle bags and adjusted the handle bars. I got the loan approved and 4 weeks later I flew down with my wife to pick up my new motorcycle.
Special thanks to Matt Stafford for orchestrating the buyout and the upgrades I requested. They had the Motorcycle that I wanted at the price that I wanted, but I was disrespected on the showroom floor! I still gave them my business just because I didn't want to waste my time and energy ?
A week later I got phone call from the sales manager Brad Hacker, he was very respectful and professional. He managed to change my experience and made me feel appreciated.
In addition Jocelyn in the service department was very helpful and friendly.

My experience started with a phone call, and they beat all dealers prices on the first go, no other dealer would touch their number. Arrived late day to pick up the vehicle and it was cleaned and ready to go as I pulled up, completed all financing and walkthrough and had time for some good conversation with the staff and I was still out of there under 1.5 hrs. It unheard of nowadays!

Went to just look at bikes and wife decided to tag along. Ended up leaving with my dream bike, not what I originally went for. The sales team, managers, and accessory team were all extremely helpful in every step of the process. I was able to get everything I needed and wanted on site without having to search online. All questions we had were answered thoroughly and well explained. They even delivered the bike for us. The gentleman who delivered the bike was extremely polite and helpful to my wife as well. Will definitely be back regularly for my riding needs. Glad I went this route opposed to a used bike from a private seller.
